As of July 1st 2024, both Aloco Group companies - GCT and Gradconn have initiated a merger under the GCT brand. The planned completion date is Q1 2025 This merger consolidates the two businesses to be able to offer a more effective global service with enhanced local support, providing a wider portfolio of technologies under a single brand to the combined customer base.
